FileBound had been operating for 11 years. The brand and website had started feeling tired and no longer conveyed what they did for their clients. Initially, they thought they only needed to update the website, but after speaking with Multiverse they discovered that deeper work on their messaging and brand needed to be undertaken first and then incorporate that into their website.
Challenge
FileBound worked across multiple industries and provided multiple solutions to each industry. They were also both a distributer of the FileBound software and directly serviced clients. As a rapidly growing industry of while FileBound had many years of experience of delivering results, they needed to be positioned as a leader in their field and wanted to be top of peoples mind when thinking of business automation.
